Help Timberland’s wholesale customers discover, understand and order the right products through engaging Digital Self Service content, while supporting our culture of Community Service.
You will dedicate approximately 80% of your time to supporting our B2B self-service tool for wholesale customers, creating clear and compelling commercial content that enables them to explore the collection and supports the sell-in process.
The remaining 20% will focus on supporting Timberland’s Path of Service™ program, helping employees use paid volunteer time to strengthen their communities through company-sponsored and individual service opportunities.
How you'll make a differene
Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Sales Support Intern:
Dedicate approximately 80% of your time to supporting and enhancing Timberland’s B2B self-service tool for wholesale customers.
Prepare and maintain seasonal digital catalogues, ensuring product information and commercial content are accurate, clear and available on time.
Create compelling sales presentations and supporting materials that help sales teams and wholesale customers understand Timberland’s seasonal product stories and key commercial messages.
Create and distribute B2B newsletters through Salesforce, coordinating content and commercial inputs to deliver relevant and timely communications to wholesale partners.
Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising and Marketing teams to gather, organise and publish the content required across B2B tools and communications.
Dedicate approximately 20% of your time to supporting Timberland’s Path of Service™ program, including the coordination and communication of volunteering opportunities throughout the year.
Support company-sponsored service events, including Earth Day and Serv-a-palooza, by helping with planning, employee engagement, logistics and post-event follow-up.
Skills that will make you succeed:
The ability to bring structure to multiple priorities, inputs and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
The capability to turn data, feedback and commercial insights into clear actions, concise summaries and compelling presentations.
An understanding of how Sales, Merchandising and Marketing connect to serve wholesale customers within a consumer goods, fashion or lifestyle business.
Confidence using digital tools such as Excel and presentation software.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a keen interest in brand strategy, commercial execution and continuous improvement.
Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
