We are currently looking for an independent and team-oriented personality for the position as
Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f) 100%
Initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Subject to suitability and mutual interest, there is the option of continued employment.
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable for Ocean & River Cruises
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Review & follow-up of Accounts Payable Aging Reports
- Responsible for Credit Card and Expense reports
- Monitoring of bank transactions
- Support in cost controlling and margin analysis
- Prepare documents for external auditors
- Ad-hoc inquiries and projects
Experience and Qualifications
- A completed degree in accounting and/or commercial degree
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting positions
- Experienced working in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in NetSuite is a plus
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to take ownership, hands-on, persistent, meet deadlines, team-oriented personality
