Our Corporate Services team is looking for an Administrative and Accounting Assistant for our HQ in Bussigny.
Under the responsibility of the Group Financial Director, the Administrative and Accounting Assistant ensures the smooth operation of daily administrative activities at the Bussigny offices as well as operational support for accounting processes. You contribute to the quality of internal services, supplier management, and the company's administrative follow-up.
Your main missions and responsibilities
- Ensure the reception of visitors and the management of phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail as well as shipments.
- Ensure the management of office supplies, the commissary, and common areas.
- Coordinate requests related to premises, equipment, and general services.
- Ensure the administrative monitoring of parking and associated re-invoicing.
- Manage stocks and orders related to cafeterias and break areas.
- Ensure the administrative processing of general requests and support for employees.
- Check supplier invoices and ensure their transmission for processing.
- Follow up on expense reports and associated supporting documents.
- Ensure the follow-up of credit cards and related accounting documents.
- Participate in monthly closing activities and administrative checks.
- Ensure the follow-up of recurring subscriptions.
- Participate in customer invoicing and internal re-invoicing.
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of service providers and suppliers.
- Contribute to the logistical organization of internal company events.
- Management of email threads (info@) and tickets
