Field Service Technician – Communication Systems (German-speaking Switzerland)
Your Mission
Based in the German-speaking region of Switzerland, you will work as a Field Service Technician (Customer Service) for technical systems in the fields of communication, automation, and security. Your assignments will mainly take place on-site at customers' premises in the region.
Your Responsibilities:
Maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of technical communication systems
On-site interventions at customer locations in German-speaking Switzerland
Handling customer inquiries remotely whenever possible (technical support via phone and email)
Participation in the execution of small technical projects in collaboration with the internal team
Technical advice and support for customers in the use of installed solutions
Your Profile:
Technical training (electrician, automation technician, electronics technician, or equivalent)
Approximately 5 years of experience in customer service / technical maintenance, ideally in home automation, telecommunications, or building technology
Knowledge of IT networks, bus systems (e.g., KNX, LON, Modbus...), and ICT solutions is essential
Proficient in office tools (MS Office)
Independent, service-oriented, precise, and highly customer-focused
Languages: German is mandatory; English and French are advantageous
A valid Category B driving license is required – residence in German-speaking Switzerland
