Your Role
As an Onsite Supporter, you will play a central role in end-user support and IT service coordination across a large organization with over 3,500 users.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the interface between users and IT Services

Manage IT equipment requests (new hires, replacements, upgrades)

Handle telephony-related requests

Coordinate office moves between IT Services and Corporate Services

Manage hardware assets in QPS and inventory tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Prepare and configure workstations for new employees
-
Organize offboarding processes and coordinate IT equipment recovery

Manage IT consumables (collect needs, place orders, track deliveries, receive goods)

Perform administrative IT tasks and ensure accurate documentation

Ensure high service quality and user satisfaction in daily operations
