Lead and mentor the St.Gallen Board Programmes programme managers

Oversee the operational management of the programmes, ensuring an exceptional experience for participants through effective programme delivery, stakeholder management, and faculty coordination

Oversee budgeting and financial performance of the Board Programmes
- Master's Degree in strategy, international management, business administration, economics, social sciences or international relations; a PhD is an advantage

Proven experience in executive education and/or leadership roles, ideally in practice

Strong understanding of corporate governance and board dynamics

International experience and/or experience working in a global environment

Fluent in English, German proficiency is an asset
The Executive School of Management, Technology, and Law (ES-HSG) at the University of St.Gallen is the main point of contact for continuing education at the university.
