We are looking for a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to join our Product Development team in Lausanne. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of reliable, high‑performance electronic systems used in advanced communication and sensing technologies. You will work within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, collaborating closely with experts in RF, systems engineering, mechanics, and embedded software.
This is a hands‑on engineering position ideal for someone who enjoys owning their work end‑to‑end, from requirements and architecture through design, testing, and release to production.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end‑to‑end development of electronic boards, from requirements and architecture to schematic design, validation, and production release.

Design and integrate high‑reliability analog and mixed‑signal electronics, including power, digital, and RF‑aware circuits.

Lead prototype bring‑up, debugging, and verification, and oversee PCB design, component selection, and manufacturing documentation.

Collaborate closely with RF, mechanical, and embedded software teams, applying Quality‑by‑Design (DFM/DFA/DFT) principles and supporting industrialisation.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in electronic hardware design within regulated or high‑demand environments such as aerospace, medical devices, automotive, or telecommunications.-
Strong knowledge of schematic design, ideally using Altium Designer or a comparable CAD tool.

Proven experience with analog, mixed‑signal, and power electronics, including low‑noise, high‑current, and fast‑transient circuits.

Solid understanding of digital electronics and high‑speed interfaces.

Comfortable performing hands‑on laboratory testing and troubleshooting.

Strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Ability to work onsite in Lausanne at least 3 days per week.
Desired skills:

Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., LTspice, SIwave).

Experience working with mechanical teams using SolidWorks or similar tools.
