Your main tasks at the front office are
Warm reception and personalised support for hotel guests before and during their entire stay
Receiving and processing reservations and bookings
Managing the cash register and completing the daily accounts
Creating various correspondence
Co-responsible for the smooth running of reception
Handling complaints professionally
Supporting the telephone switchboard
Monthly checking of commission invoices
Your main tasks in event administration are
Accepting and processing MICE enquiries
Coordinating the optimal utilisation of all event spaces
Compiling all relevant information from planning to finalisation
Creating fact sheets, quotations and contracts
What you bring with you:
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector
or many years of professional experience in the event and seminar hotel industry
Fluent written and spoken German, business fluent English (other languages an advantage)
High motivation, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
Well-groomed appearance, good manners and cordiality
