Your main responsibilities:
- Carry out global service assignments including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and machine commissioning
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical faults on customer equipment
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to customers and operators
- Deliver professional and reliable technical support on-site
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication and expertise
What you bring to the role:
- Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent basic training in a field such as automation, mechanics, automotive diagnostics, heavy machinery, agricultural/construction equipment(mechatronic / mechatroniker)
- Solid technical aptitude covering mechanical systems, electrical engineering, PLC exposure (Siemens Simatic S7 / TIA Portal preferred)
- Additional qualification as a mechanical engineering technician is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An independent, dependable, and structured working style
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities
- High level of resilience, flexibility, and willingness to adapt
- Fluent German and English is essential

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
- Durchführung weltweiter Serviceeinsätze, einschließlich Wartung, Fehlersuche, Reparaturen und Maschineninbetriebnahme
- Diagnose, Analyse und Behebung komplexer technischer Störungen an Kundengeräten
- Praxisorientierte Schulung und Anleitung von Kunden und Bedienern
- Professioneller und zuverlässiger technischer Support vor Ort
- Sicherstellung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit durch effektive Kommunikation und Fachkompetenz
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Bereichen wie Automatisierung, Mechanik, Fahrzeugdiagnostik, Schwermaschinen, Land- und Baumaschinen
- Fundiertes technisches Verständnis von mechanischen Systemen, Elektrotechnik, SPS exposure (Siemens Simatic S7 / TIA Portal preferred)
- Eine Zusatzqualifikation als Maschinenbautechniker ist von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
