Our client is currently building a state-of-the-art laboratory to establish next-generation sequencing technologies. Your responsibilities:
- In this dynamic position, you will work at the intersection of production and innovation, contributing to both established operations and pioneering projects:

Support the implementation and operation of next-generation sequencing technologies

Contribute to development and transfer projects for new diagnostic platforms

Prepare and evaluate critical materials and reagents

Synthesize chemical components for sensor and electrode production

Perform analytical testing and incoming material inspections

Ensure quality control and compliance within a GMP-regulated environment

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of processes and results

Through a unique rotation model, you will gain exposure to multiple areas including the chemical laboratory, QC sensor operations, and sequencing process development - enabling you to build a broad and valuable skillset.
Your Profile

Completed training as a Chemielaborant or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field

Initial experience (1–2 years) in chemical or pharmaceutical environment

Solid understanding of GMP environments and documentation
-
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

High level of precision, reliability, and eagerness to learn

Interest in molecular biology and complex laboratory processes

Fluent German and good English skills
