We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our Submissions Team. This part-time position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.
In this role, you will work closely with Building Supervisors, Estimators, and internal stakeholders to ensure documentation is completed accurately, professionally, and within required timeframes. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting business objectives, and ensuring exceptional standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Review quotes, estimates, assessment reports, and supporting documentation for accuracy, formatting, consistency, and grammar.
Submit documentation to insurers and stakeholders within required deadlines.
Liaise with Building Supervisors, Estimators, and internal teams to finalise and process documentation.
Maintain and update internal systems and client databases in accordance with company procedures and KPI requirements.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve document quality and workflow efficiency.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in compliance with company standards.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role.
Experience reviewing scopes of work or construction-related documentation (desirable).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a KPI-driven environment.
Adaptable and capable of responding effectively to changing processes and business needs.
Positive, proactive, and reliable work ethic with strong teamwork skills.
