Tasks

In this internship, you are part of a motivated & diverse team within Lufthansa Group’s Digital Commercial Solution. You will be based in Zurich and actively collaborate with colleagues located in Frankfurt and Vienna. Structured, analytical & technical mindset and team-player attitude is key.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of Quarterly Business Review meetings with IT service providers
Develop dashboards and provide regular reports on solutions overseen by the team
Assist with organizing ideation processes and aligning roadmaps, as well as preparing for agile ceremonies
Facilitate operational activities, including monitoring change requests, tracking bugs, preparing release presentations, and assessing industry benchmarks
Participate as an assistant project manager in major projects
Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our team chatbot
Oversee newsletter and coordinate content production

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and/or Business Administration (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
Excellent MS Office 360 skills (TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills
Highly structured, organised and proactive
Ability to quickly understand interlinks in a complex environment
Technically curious and airline industry enthusiast
Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Methodology is highly appreciated
Very good spoken and written English skills
