SwissBorg is building the future of crypto wealth management—making investing more accessible, transparent and intuitive for everyone.
At the core of our platform is the Meta-Exchange (MEX), a smart routing engine that connects multiple exchanges and liquidity sources to deliver optimal execution in a single, seamless app.
We're Swiss-engineered, regulated, and trusted by nearly one million users managing over $1B in crypto assets. But beyond the numbers, what drives us is the people behind every wallet—and a commitment to continuously improving how they experience and interact with crypto.
Crypto is one of the fastest-moving industries to build in, and SwissBorg is right at the heart of it — helping hundreds of thousands of people grow and manage their wealth through a regulated, trusted platform. As our Paralegal Intern, you'll work closely with our Legal team, gaining first-hand experience of how a MiCA-regulated crypto business operates while playing a meaningful role in supporting the team's day-to-day work.
We're ideally looking for someone with a paralegal background. You don't need to have completed a full law degree, but you should have a solid understanding of legal fundamentals and be nearing the end of your studies.
If you don't come from a legal background, we'd still love to hear from you if you have strong administrative experience, enjoy learning new things, and are excited to develop your legal knowledge on the job.
Please note: This is an onsite position and you must be based in or around Lausanne.

A note on AI in our hiring process
We use AI tools at certain stages of our hiring process to help assess applications fairly and efficiently. These tools assist—they don't decide. Every hiring decision is made by a human.
At SwissBorg, we embrace diversity. We strongly believe that getting the best outcome requires different perspectives and backgrounds. We’re committed to openness, curiosity and creating an inclusive culture because we know that diverse teams build better products and generate better ideas. We strongly encourage applications from everyone!
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
