PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Global Internal Reporting Manager is responsible for coordinating all internal reporting, developing and conducting training for global finance team members, and preparing data for senior management. The role drives continuous improvement through reporting, automation, self-service capabilities, and training initiatives for finance teams. It also acts as a key liaison between reporting and controlling teams to define requirements and enhance global finance systems and reporting solutions.
The role reports to the Vice President of Global Reporting and is based in Basel until Q1 2027, with an expected relocation to the Zurich Airport office thereafter.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate all internal reporting, including preparation of CEO/CFO reports and QBR information
Develop and conduct trainings for global finance team members on use of reporting tools
Prepare data for ad hoc requests from senior management
Liaison between reporting and controlling
Drive automation and self-service reporting capabilities
Identify requirements for financial information across the Group to support development and continuous improvement of the global finance systems setup
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Administration
3 years of experience in internal reporting
Strong understanding of finance system architecture (SAP)
SAP Group Reporting experience preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong understanding of consolidation processes in complex multinational companies
