The Role
We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative to take ownership of an assigned territory and ensure the successful adoption of our innovative products in that market. Our headquarters are in Switzerland, and while working on-site is a plus, we also welcome applications from candidates who would work remotely.

The position requires perseverance, dedication, and regular travel to visit distributors within the territory.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and marketing activities across the assigned region
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, developing a deep understanding of their needs and supporting them proactively
- Travel frequently to customer sites and industry events to remain close to market needs
- Research and approach prospective customers in new markets
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to drive growth
- Engage with medical professionals to promote and drive product sales
- Plan, attend, and provide clinical support during surgeries involving Marflow products
- Implement strategies to introduce new product lines into existing customer portfolios
- Identify market gaps and untapped opportunities to inform product and business strategy
- Monitor competitor products, strategies, and performance to benchmark the company's offering in each market
- Deliver on monthly and annual targets for the assigned territory and report on performance
- Collaborate with the regulatory, quality, sales administration, and marketing teams
Ideal candidate requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A background in nursing, medical technology, or healthcare would be desirable.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
- Experience working with distributors and/or in international markets is a plus
- Familiarity with urology or gastroenterology products is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals and distributors
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable in clinical environments, including operating rooms
- Good organizational skills for managing a territory, pipeline, and reporting
Languages
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages like Spanish, French and German are desirable
Practical Requirements
- Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time
- Valid driver's license and/or passport for international travel
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
Other
- Knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g., MDR, ISO 13485)
- Experience in product launches or market entry projects
Pay: CHF3’500.00 - CHF5’000.00 per month
