For one of our clients, we are looking for a FX Business Developer FR / ENG in 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. The collaborator will join the FX department of the company.

Description

Joining the FX department;

Prospecting & Lead Generation;

Identifying and targeting potential corporate clients (SMEs to mid-cap and large corporates) with FX or interest rate exposure;

Conducting research to map key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors);
-
Developing and executing structured outreach campaigns (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, referrals);
-
Building and maintaining a robust pipeline through continuous networking in relevant industry communities, events, and associations;
-
Representing the company at trade events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand awareness and drive leads;
-
Leveraging existing relationships to gain warm introductions;

Reporting to the Management;

Link with the other internal departments;

Participation in the day-to-day in the office.
Profile
-
Superior academic backgroung ;
-
Similar experience as FX Sales Trader / Dealer within a broker, an invesment and coporate banking or an exchange platform;

Familiarity with financial derivatives - FX Forwards, Options, Structures;

Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a proven track record of executing commodity derivatives business with corporate clients;

Strong customer focus and ability to work in teams and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders;

Strong risk and compliance ethic with ability to conduct business within Company's policies & procedures and applicable rules and regulations;

Engage prospective clients to understand their treasury and risk management challenges;

Position hedging products and advisory capabilities effectively to meet those needs;

Work closely with structuring and trading teams to deliver bespoke solutions;

Take ownership of the full sales cycle from initial contact to onboarding;

Maintain detailed CRM records of all outreach and client interactions;

Provide accurate and timely reporting of activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics;

Continuously refine targeting strategy based on feedback and performance data.
