Overview
As a People Partner at Auterion, your primary focus will be advising and supporting our people managers. You'll be their go-to for everything people-related, helping them navigate performance conversations, structure their teams, handle employee relations issues, and grow as leaders. In a scale-up organization like ours this means owning a meaningful share of day-to-day HR operations: advising team members on company policies, processes, and tools, working in our HRIS (Hibob), and generally supporting your People Team colleagues with whatever needs to get done.
