Vaccines Switzerland has been a solid contributor to Sanofi Vaccines. Our recent achievements include an outstanding 89% growth in 2024 with projected sales >40m CHF in 2025. This is driven by a successful launch of Beyfortus and the ramp up and optimization of our portfolio.

Main responsibilities:

Define and drive the strategic roadmap for Vaccines Switzerland to maximize growth of Vaccines portfolio and accelerate launches and ensure pre-launch readiness for future pipeline

Lead critical market access strategies and implement modern go-to-market approaches

Expand digital tool usage for enhanced market presence

Increase immunization rates through improved healthcare provider services

Drive Sanofi's agenda with policy makers, medical community, media…

Collaborate with transversal functions to achieve business, people, and transformational objectives

Upholding corporate commitments and compliance guidelines

Build and maintain a high-performing team

Serve as a member of the Management Committee and Senior Leadership Team
Experience:

Several years of experiences in pharma / vaccines area or healthcare industry

Experience in shaping long term business strategy, and mid-term tactical plans

Significant experience in driving performance in complex environment
