HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
Improve and optimize configuration management processes and administer the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) toolchain (ERM, ETM, EWM).
Configure and maintain ELM projects, including permissions, configurations, and Global Configuration (GC).
Design and implement improvements to enhance scalability, performance, usability, and support the long-term evolution of the ELM environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for ELM-related issues, including troubleshooting and coordination with 2nd/3rd level support and IBM support.
Support development teams by providing best practices, guidance, and training on effective use of ELM tools.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Strong knowledge of Configuration Management in railway signalling or a comparable safety‑critical industry.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Configuration Management using IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next Generation (DNG) on the Jazz platform.
Experience with software-based products following the V‑lifecycle development model.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities and attention to detail.
High sense of responsibility, meeting deadlines reliably and working independently when required.
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work harmoniously in a collaborative environment.
