About the Role:
Team Sifat Sabbir Business Consulting & Digital Solutions GmbH is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Operations Manager to oversee operational strategy, business process optimization, and organizational performance management in Bern, Switzerland. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, supporting business growth initiatives, and ensuring effective coordination across consulting and digital solutions operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Operations Leadership: Oversee daily business operations, workflow management, and organizational performance initiatives
- Operational Strategy Development: Design and implement operational frameworks, process improvement plans, and business optimization strategies
- Process & Performance Management: Enhance operational efficiency, productivity systems, and internal business processes
- Project & Resource Coordination: Manage operational resources, project timelines, staffing allocation, and workflow prioritization
- Financial & Budget Oversight: Monitor operational budgets, cost-efficiency measures, and profitability performance indicators
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, consultants, technology teams, and external business partners
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to Swiss business regulations, operational policies, and internal governance standards
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, operational analytics, project outcomes, and organizational efficiency benchmarks
- Team Leadership: Lead operations coordinators, project managers, administrative personnel, and cross-functional business teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in business operations management, consulting operations, or corporate process management
- Skills: Strong operational leadership, strategic planning, and organizational management capabilities
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management Consulting, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in business consulting environments, digital operations, and organizational process improvement systems
- Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary operational teams and high-impact business initiatives
