DESCRIPTION
Our John Taylor Verbier agency is looking for an experienced and passionate broker specialising in the sale of exceptional properties to join its dynamic team.
You will need to be able to work as part of a team, whilst demonstrating autonomy and initiative.
We expect you to:
- be able to use your network to grow the agency's portfolio by seeking out new mandates and potential buyers,
- estimate property values using your knowledge of the market and your professional resources,
- helping our customers to sell their property by preparing rigorous files,
- carrying out detailed visits,
- build good relationships within the resort ; important to live in Val de Bagnes on a long-term, year-round basis.
- conduct negotiations under the best possible conditions and arrangements between all parties involved,
- develop the reputation of the agency thanks to your human and professional skills.
- to support our customers in their purchase project from the first meeting to the handover of the keys.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Search for new mandates and new clients,
Follow-up of properties in progress and regular updates,
Putting together sales files: dossier, advertisements, photos, necessary and official documents, plans, etc.
Reporting on the agency's activities to your direct line manager,
Frequent and regular updating of the database using the Apimo software,
Assisting customers with their projects,
Gathering essential information on properties,
Ensuring that you are present at the agency on the days and during the hours that it is open.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Over 2 years' experience in the Swiss property sector essential,
Good presentation skills required,
Excellent negotiating and listening skills,
Knowledge of the Swiss property market, particularly Verbier and the surrounding area,
Team spirit and adaptability,
Knowledge of computers and professional software,
