Als Teil von Associated British Foods (ABF) agierst du in einem globalen Procurement-Umfeld und übernimmst Verantwortung für zentrale Indirect-Kategorien. Du entwickelst Strategien, führst Verhandlungen und steuerst Stakeholder im internationalen Kontext.
Dabei arbeitest du eng mit globalen Teams sowie dem Standort im Raum Bern zusammen und berichtest an den Senior Category Lead Indirect Services.

Warengruppenstrategie: Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Strategien über mehrere Indirect-Kategorien hinweg (HR, IT, Marketing, Professional Servies, Facilities, MRO)
- Wertschöpfung: Realisierung von Einsparungen sowie Steigerung von Qualität, Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit
- Ausschreibungen: Durchführung von RfPs, Verhandlungen und Einsatz von E-Sourcing- sowie P2P-Prozessen
- Lieferantenmanagement: Aufbau und Steuerung strategischer Partnerschaften inkl. Performance-Tracking
- Stakeholdermanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit und Beratung von Fachbereichen lokal und global
- Internationalität: Aktive Mitarbeit im globalen Procurement-Netzwerk und Austausch über Märkte hinweg

Einkaufserfahrung: 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf
- Strategischer Einkauf: Fundiertes Know-how in Warengruppenmanagement und Verhandlungsführung
- Track Record: Nachweisbare Erfolge bei Einsparungen oder messbarer Wertsteigerung
- Stakeholdermanagement: Souveräner Umgang mit internen Kunden bis auf Senior-Level
- Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch sicher im beruflichen Kontext (mündlich und schriftlich)
