The following qualifications are required for this position:
- Advanced degree in finance or business administration
- Several years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally with management experience
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
- Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Native German speaker with very good Italian and English skills
- Residence in Switzerland is mandatory
You will be responsible for the Finance and Human Resources departments, while also actively participating in day-to-day operations.
