KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Transform each client interaction into a truly memorable moment by curating a bespoke experience that leaves clients feeling confident and energised, both online and offline
Build and maintain long-term, personal customer relationships, ensuring active engagement through creative concepts, digital tools, and modern communication methods
Personally present and sell high-quality bodywear and loungewear collections for women and men to our national and international clientele.
Proactively identify, understand, and respond to customer inquiries and needs across all online and offline channels
Contribute to impactful visual merchandising that reflects our brand’s identity and enhances the customer journey
Perform administrative responsibilities, including cash register management, order processing, and inventory control
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Passionate about delivering exceptional retail and client service
Proud of the strong experience at this level gained in a luxury or premium fashion environment
Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
Team player with a proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills in English and French
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
