About the Company
Alvion Swiss Medical is an innovative Swiss project at the intersection of personalized medicine and technology. We are building a comprehensive health support ecosystem through individualized nutraceutical solutions, digital diagnostics, and a seamless subscription model. Our production facility is based in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Streamlining and controlling the entire supply chain, from raw material procurement to last-mile delivery to customers across Europe.
Production Scaling: Optimizing small-batch production processes for individual formulas (up to 200 custom units per day) and preparing for rapid growth.
Cross-functional Coordination: Synchronizing the IT team (data analysis platform), the production site, and the marketing department.
Subscription Management: Building and maintaining an efficient operational model for our subscription service to ensure consistency and quality.
Financial Oversight: Managing operational budgeting and optimizing costs (COGS).
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in leadership roles (COO, Operations Manager) within E-commerce, Health-tech, FMCG, or Logistics sectors.
Industry Expertise: Proven experience working with physical products and complex supply chains.
Skills: Ability to build processes from scratch ("greenfield" projects), strong systems thinking, and experience operating within European markets.
Languages: English (C1/Fluent) for professional communication. Knowledge of German is a major plus for direct communication with Swiss manufacturers and regulatory bodies.
Pay: CHF2’700.00 per month
