HMI Development Engineer (Junior / Associate) – e-Bike Systems
Role Overview
To support our growing HMI team, we are looking for a hands-on and structured engineer who will assist in the development, integration, and release of HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems for our e-bikes.
This role focuses on execution and technical support, working closely with the HMI team, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.

Support the development of HMI features from concept to production

Assist in defining and refining hardware and software requirements

Support firmware development and validation:

Assist in implementation and testing of new features

Help debug and track issues

Contribute to a smooth transition to production:

Support end-of-line testing and manufacturing topics

Track and follow up on production-related issues

Ensure documentation is complete and up to date

Assist in release preparation and tracking:

Maintain release notes and documentation

Support communication of changes to internal stakeholders

Work closely with cross-functional teams:

Motor, Battery, Digital, Mechanical, and Quality

Help track dependencies and ensure alignment

Support testing and validation activities:

Track bugs and support root cause analysis

Assist in resolving field issues

Maintain technical documentation (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
What You’ll Need to Win

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field

1–3 years of experience (or relevant internships) in:

Embedded systems, firmware, or electronics development
-
Consumer electronics, automotive, or similar industries
-
Basic knowledge of:

Embedded systems and firmware development
-
Communication protocols (e.g., CAN, BLE, USB)

Structured and detail-oriented working style
-
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Fluent in English
