This role is first and foremost a global consumer skincare leadership position, responsible for setting brand vision, driving innovation, shaping compelling consumer propositions and accelerating growth across channels and markets. You will lead the evolution of science‑backed skincare into desirable, relevant, and differentiated consumer brands, bridging dermatological credibility with outstanding consumer marketing execution.
