We're looking for a Senior UX Writer to join our team in Zürich, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will help shape the voice and tone of digital products for a leading financial institution, ensuring that every touchpoint is clear, compelling and user-centered. Working closely with designers, product managers, localization specialists and developers, you’ll craft content that simplifies complex user journeys and creates seamless digital experiences. Responsibilities

Collaborate with interaction and service designers, product teams and localization experts to create clear, intuitive and client-focused content
- Write copy for UI components on web and mobile as well as support and web content
- Incorporate research insights and client feedback into content strategies
- Contribute in an agile environment participating in sprints, prototyping and iterative user testing
- Prepare content for multilingual environments by partnering with localization teams to ensure consistency and cultural appropriateness
Requirements

Native English speaker with strong proficiency in German and understanding of multilingual product challenges
- Proven UX writing experience with a portfolio demonstrating digital product work
- Experience in financial services or similarly complex industries preferred
- Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility and user research practices
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness
- Proficient in Figma and FigJam
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Bonus: Experience with Conversation Design for chatbots or voice interfaces
