- Work closely with business teams, IT, project leads and external partners in a cross-functional
transformation setup
- Create clarity and alignment across processes, requirements, systems and interfaces
- Promote clear documentation, effective knowledge transfer and sustainable adoption of new
solutions across the organization
We expect
Business Knowledge
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry, with a strong understanding
of end-to-end business processes
- Hands-on familiarity with at least one core area such as underwriting, middle office, claims
or adjacent operational processes
Professional background
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer or in a comparable role
within transformation, process optimization or system implementation environments
- Strong capability in business analysis, process mapping, requirements engineering and
solution design, combined with the ability to turn concepts into implementable solutions
- Proven ability to take ownership of complex topics, structure ambiguity and drive them
through to concrete outcomes in close collaboration with business and IT
Working style & personal profile
- Advanced analytical skills paired with a structured, pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership, taking initiative, driving topics
forward and turning ideas into action.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly, tailor messages to different audiences and
build trust and alignment across functions
