Your key responsibilities

Hold overall responsibility for Global Mobility and International Compensation frameworks and governance

Lead and develop the Global Mobility & Compensation team

Define global principles for mobility, grading and compensation and ensure consistent application

Establish and govern job grading and compensation structures for international roles

Ensure translation of global frameworks into locally compliant and market-aligned solutions

Act as senior sparring partner for HR leadership, Finance and Management

Ensure tax, social security and regulatory compliance across regions and countries
-
Drive cost transparency, risk management and decision-ready analytics

Steer and govern strategic external partners (tax, relocation, immigration, benchmarking)
Your profile
-
Degree in business, HR, law, tax, or comparable qualification
-
Several years of senior experience in Global Mobility / International Assignments

Strong expertise in international tax and social security frameworks (DBA, Social Security agreements)

Experience working in complex international stakeholder environments
-
Structured, analytical mindset with high compliance and quality standards
