For our Lugano office, we are seeking talented and experienced Senior Engineers with strong hands-on expertise with .NET/C# and Microservices to join our team and contribute to exciting and impactful international projects in the Banking/Financial Services sector.
Roles and Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain integrations with external systems, third-party platforms, and web-based APIs to enable seamless data exchange

Develop and enhance backend services and RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and high performance, while applying best practices such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles to deliver maintainable, high-quality solutions

Evolve existing application domains by implementing new features and improving service capabilities in line with changing business requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions and maintain clear documentation, including architecture designs and integration specifications
Qualifications and Technical Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in computer science or engineering

Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with .NET, and .NET Core
-
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture, as well as familiarity with tools like RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka

Solid hands-on experience in designing and implementing REST APIs

Strong knowledge of SQL Server

Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jira, Git, Github

Strong focus on applying Secure Development Best Practices to ensure code security
-
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is highly beneficial

Proficiency in both spoken and written Italian and English is mandatory
Location Requirement-
