The Opportunity
As the RSS Enablement Operations Manager, you will work in a dynamic global environment ensuring seamless communication, efficient operations, and alignment of strategic priorities across RSS. This will include the planning of annual key RSS events, as well as the follow up on agreed action items and RSS LT deliverables. You will directly manage projects and initiatives and lead the RSS enabling support team.
Your key responsibilities:
- Act as the main enabling role to the Head of RSS Strategy and Enablement and the RSS leadership team; this includes developing and supporting the creation of management materials, such as presentations, memos, strategy documents, and content as needed.
- Coordinate the strategic calendar of global RSS events, such as (extended) leadership team meetings, site visits, forecasting events, operational and financial check-ins, etc.
- Ensure the definition of the RSS Leadership team agendas for regular meetings, and ensure appropriate documentation of outcomes, as well as follow up for agreed action items
- Utilise your expertise and experience to lead and guide strategic projects
- Support the annual planning cycle for RSS, including strategy and roadmap reviews, as well as the regular / quarterly review of OKRs in RSS
- Lead and develop the RSS enabling support team
Who you are
- You hold a university degree in business or a similar field and have 5-8 years of professional experience, ideally gained in business services organisation or healthcare industry or in strategy consulting.
- You have a proven track record in a role or through consulting engagements supporting a senior leader or leadership team, driving change, harmonization, and alignment.
- You have proven ability to communicate difficult or complex business-related concepts and influence others (including senior stakeholders) to adopt a new or complementary view, approach, or way of working.
- You have advanced skills creating management-level presentations, including effective storyboarding, content creation, and the ability to translate complex ideas and topics into accessible output for various audiences.
- You have strong business acumen, including a solid understanding and comfort with principles of finance, strategic planning, organisational development, and benchmarking.
- You are known for your ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams, and your agility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are open-minded and inclusive, generously sharing ideas and knowledge, while being receptive to ideas and feedback from others.
- You are fluent in English to a Business level; knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
