Your role
As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

Own and lead complex incident, problem, and release activities for Instrument and Client Reference Data applications, ensuring data quality, availability, and timely resolution of issues.
Break down complex, cross-system problems into manageable components, evaluate solution options, and drive optimal resolutions across business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
Build cause–effect linkages using synthesized information, identify patterns in recurring data and process issues, and develop long-term, sustainable fixes.
Formulate and test hypotheses to address recurring and strategic issues in reference data flows, golden sources, and downstream consumption.
Perform and oversee the full spectrum of production support responsibilities in line with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management).
Anticipate customer needs, continuously analyze and improve systems, processes, and services, and resolve tough issues to build confidence as a trusted advisor.
Integrate client feedback into solutions and ensure delivery as per commitments and service-level expectations.
Prioritize and coordinate activities across multiple applications and projects, using historical data and metrics to plan proactively and manage contingencies.
Identify key execution drivers and constraints, and develop integrated plans and backup strategies for potential risks.
Use advanced knowledge management, problem management, and release management methods to detect and fix issues and plan releases.
Apply in-depth analysis, solution evaluation methods, and process mapping tools to assess the impact of problems on client business and track process performance.
Contribute to and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and best-practice adoption within the support function.

Expertise:

Strong understanding of Instrument Reference Data, including security master concepts (identifiers, classifications, pricing attributes, corporate actions impact, market data dependencies).
Strong understanding of Client Reference Data, including client onboarding data, static data, KYC-related attributes, and downstream usage in trading, risk, and reporting systems.
Strong understanding of Account Reference Data (Nostro & Vostro Accounts).
Experience supporting reference data platforms, data quality controls, golden source systems, and data distribution to downstream applications.
Proven ability to work closely with reference data operations, business users, and technology teams to analyze issues, clarify requirements, and design robust support and remediation approaches.

Must Have:
