With a company size of 1-10 employees, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry, ensuring personalized and impactful contributions. Our mission is to empower businesses by providing well-managed IT support that allows them to focus on their core objectives. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our clients' IT infrastructure, including on-site engineering, server and network maintenance, and cloud computing solutions. Tasks

Provide on-demand IT support and troubleshooting for clients to ensure seamless technology operations.
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware, systems software, and applications software.
Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure optimal performance and security.
Assist in the implementation and management of cloud computing services to enhance client infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Proficiency in managing and maintaining server and network infrastructure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technology trends.
