About the role
To support our ambition, we are looking for an experienced Corporate IT Engineer to own and evolve our internal IT environment, from systems and workplace technology to security, support and automation.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys combining day-to-day IT operations with longer-term improvements. You will have the opportunity to shape how Corporate IT operates, improve the employee experience, and use AI and automation to make IT simpler, more efficient and scalable.
As the company grows, the role also offers opportunities to expand into broader Infrastructure duties collaboration.
The role reports to the Lead Infrastructure & DevOps and is based in Lausanne. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on broader technical initiatives and expand your knowledge in these areas.
Key Responsibilities
Your mission will be to own and continuously improve our Corporate IT environment, ensuring it is secure, reliable and scalable while providing a great experience for employees.
Corporate IT, Systems & Security

Own and evolve the company's IT environment, including endpoints, networks, identities, business applications and cloud services.

Manage Windows and macOS environments, including device management, access, patching and compliance.

Implement and maintain security standards across endpoints, identities, networks and data.

Ensure the reliability, availability and security of critical IT services.

Maintain clear IT architecture, documentation, procedures and policies.
IT Operations & Employee Experience

Own internal IT support and the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and access management to offboarding.

Manage hardware, software and licenses throughout their lifecycle, including purchasing, renewals and cost optimization.

Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers and technology partners.

Continuously improve IT support processes, resolution times and the overall employee experience.

Contribute to incident management, compliance and operational continuity.
Automation & IT Evolution

Adopt an automation and code-first approach to IT operations, using scripting, APIs and Infrastructure/Configuration as Code wherever appropriate.

Evaluate and introduce technologies that improve security, reliability, efficiency or employee experience.

Collaborate with Infrastructure and Engineering on initiatives that connect Corporate IT with broader cloud and infrastructure environments.
Who we are looking for
Technical Skills
-
4+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Systems Engineering, IT Operations or a similar role.

Experience managing Windows and macOS environments, including device and identity management.

Good knowledge of corporate networking, cloud collaboration platforms and modern IT security practices.

Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Sentinel, Purview or equivalent technologies.

Experience with scripting, automation and Infrastructure/Configuration as Code.
