Job Title: Customer Service Account Coordinator - I

Location: Basel office (EMEA HQ)

Are you a dynamic and innovative Customer Service professional looking to make a significant impact in the EMEA region? We are seeking a Customer Service Account Coordinator to join our team in Basel!

Job Objectives: Including but not limited to:

Act as main point of contact for Regional Sales Managers and customers requesting relevant sales information and support.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications with customers via phone and email in a swift and effective way.
Manage the CRM tool (Salesforce) to ensure accurate recording of customer account data.
Provide for available or alternative models a pro forma, sales and freight quotations, process customer orders, submit Order Confirmations, provide POD’s and issue (Customs) invoices for shipped goods for Regional Sales Managers and customers.
Review stock and availability for Purchase Orders / Forecasts and communicate availability to Customers & Key Contacts.
Release purchased equipment from EU / UK warehouses and coordinate with 3PL’s.
Upload completed orders into True’s system (Vasion).
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customer accounts and Regional Sales Managers as well as local Warehouse Staff, 3PL Partners, Marketing Department, US accounting and EMEA/UK Technical Team.
Complaint handling & Trouble shoot and provide solutions for unsuccessful deliveries, transport damages, warranty issue & credit department, together with the key contacts for this role.
Follow up on delinquent report on unpaid invoices as well as supporting US accounting team with remittances.
Other duties as required.
