So gestaltet sich der Berufsalltag

Unterstützung der Stationsleitung in Planungs-, Organisations- und Führungsaufgaben
Mitverantwortung für die Umsetzung der Leistungsziele auf der Station mit rund 36 Betten
Mitverantwortung hinsichtlich Sicherung der Pflegequalität sowie der Implementierung und Gewährleistung der Nachhaltigkeit von Lean Hospital
Mitglied des Stationsleitungsgremiums im Sinne von Shared Governance
Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege in einem motivierten Team, welches gesamthaft aus ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden besteht
Führen einer Zone mit der zugeteilten Patientengruppe

Kompetenzen und Potenzial

Basis: Diplom als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann (HF, FH oder äquivalent)
Gerne: Erfahrung in einem Akutbetrieb
Sehr gerne: Teamplayer-Qualitäten und Lust auf Führungsaufgaben
Und auch: kommunikationsfreudiges Organisationstalent
Unbedingt: Freude an einemabwechslungsreichen und lebhaften Spitalalltag
