Biologielaborant/in – Qualitätskontrolle (100%) - (m/w/d)

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion führst du hochspezialisierte Zellkultur- und Neutralisationstests zur Freigabe unserer lebensrettenden Immunglobulinprodukte durch. Dabei arbeitest du in einem GMP-regulierten Laborumfeld mit überwiegend manuellen Prüfverfahren, bei denen Präzision, Konzentration und Qualitätsbewusstsein entscheidend sind. Mit deiner Arbeit leistest du einen direkten Beitrag zur Qualität und Sicherheit unserer Produkte und unterstützt unser Laborteam bei der zuverlässigen Durchführung anspruchsvoller Qualitätskontrolltests.

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeiten

Durchführung, Auswertung und GMP-konforme Dokumentation von Neutralisationstests (Anti-Polio, Anti-Diphtherie und Anti-Masern) zur Freigabe unserer Immunglobulinprodukte.
Selbstständige Durchführung der Zellkulturroutine, einschliesslich Kultivierung und Pflege adhärenter Zelllinien.
Sicherstellung einer präzisen, sorgfältigen und GMP-konformen Durchführung sämtlicher Laborarbeiten sowie der vollständigen Dokumentation aller Prüfschritte.
Mitarbeit beim Unterhalt, der Kalibrierung und der Überwachung von Laborgeräten und Analysensystemen.
Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung, Lagerbewirtschaftung und Verwaltung von Verbrauchs- und Labormaterialien.
Mitarbeit bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung laborrelevanter Dokumentationen und Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs).
Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Laborprozessen sowie der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und GMP-Anforderungen.
Enge Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Laborteams sowie Teilnahme an regelmässigen Teammeetings.

Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung

Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Biologielaborant:in EFZ.
Praktische Erfahrung im GMP-regulierten Laborumfeld sowie im Umgang mit Zellkulturen.
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit mikrobiologischen oder virologischen Prüfmethoden, beispielsweise Neutralisationstests.
Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office); Kenntnisse in SAP und/oder LIMS sind von Vorteil.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.
Hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit und Freude an präziser manueller Laborarbeit über längere Zeiträume.
Selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie die Bereitschaft, sich neue Methoden und Prozesse selbstständig anzueignen.
Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer offenen Kommunikation.

Als Teil unseres CCA-Teams arbeitest du mit hochspezialisierten Zellkultur- und Neutralisationstests, die einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Qualitätskontrolle unserer Produkte leisten.
Dich erwartet ein kollegiales Team mit unterschiedlichen fachlichen Hintergründen sowie die Möglichkeit, dein Know-how in einem spezialisierten Labor kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
