OM Pharma is an international biopharmaceutical company specializing in the prevention of respiratory and urinary tract infections. As a committed local player, we train and support the talents of tomorrow through meaningful and educational internships.

In this context, we are offering a paid 4 to 6-month internship, ideally starting in September 2026 (or as agreed), based at our headquarters in Meyrin. Under the guidance of the Head of Business Development & Alliance Management and in close collaboration with the regional commercial, business insights and finance teams, your mission is to support the identification and assessment of business development opportunities for OM Pharma's brand portfolio worldwide.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:
Support the team in identifying and evaluating potential partners for OM Pharma's portfolio across international markets
Contribute to the evaluation and comparison of potential partners' business cases through commercial and financial analyses
Develop sales forecasts incorporating historical sales trends, market price evolution, exchange rate assumptions and supply cost parameters
Participate in discussions with prospective partners and contribute to the preparation of meeting materials and minutes
Coordinate the preparation and execution of confidentiality agreements and support the exchange of information throughout assessment processes
Collaborate closely with regional commercial, business insights and finance teams to gather and validate key business assumptions
Prepare structured analyses and clear recommendations to support decision-making by management and key stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development assessment tools and processes

To carry out these activities, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, which includes a mandatory 4 to 6-month internship formalized through a tripartite agreement with your university
Strong analytical skills with an interest in business development and international markets
Strong command of Excel, including advanced functions and data modelling, as well as PowerPoint for the preparation of impactful presentations
Fluent in English, preferably with a good working knowledge of French

This internship will enable you to:
Gain hands-on experience in international business development and strategic partnership activities within the pharmaceutical industry
Develop strong analytical skills and strengthen your ability to synthesize complex information and formulate clear, data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional commercial, business insights and finance colleagues, and interact with external partners worldwide
Bring your ideas to life in a collaborative and supportive environment that values creativity, initiative and continuous improvement
Learn from a team of experts who will share their knowledge and support your professional growth

You are an analytical, proactive and detail-oriented individual. After receiving initial guidance, you are able to work independently, take ownership of your tasks and drive them forward with rigor and efficiency.
