Job Description

Wir suchen einen Controller für unser dynamisches Finance-Team in Liechtenstein. In dieser Rolle sind Sie Teil des konzernweiten Controlling Teams und interagieren in einem internationalen Umfeld eng mit anderen Controllern und Buchhaltern in den verschiedenen Locations (u.a. Schweiz, Irland, Hong Kong, New York). Der Fokus dieser Rolle liegt auf der Verteilung der von den LGT CP Funds vereinnahmten Fees innerhalb des Konzerns und umfasst zusätzlich weitere Aufgaben im Controlling und Group Accounting. Ihre konzeptionelle und analytische Arbeitsweise bringen Sie zur Lösung künftiger Projekte und Herausforderungen ein. Sie erwartet ein motiviertes Team in einem Arbeitsumfeld von flachen Hierarchien und kurzen Entscheidungswegen, in welchem Sie sich aktiv einbringen und mitwirken können.

Ihre Aufgaben als Controller beinhalten unter anderem:

Mitwirkung im monatlichen Prozess zur Berechnung und Verteilung von Fees (hauptsächlich Management Fees) von LGT CP Funds an die jeweiligen Gesellschaften;
Analyse und Plausibilisierung der Fees als zentrale Grundlage für Accounting und Reporting sowie mit direktem Einfluss auf die finanziellen Ergebnisse der LGT Capital Partners Gruppe;
Erstellung von ad-hoc Auswertungen von Finanzkennzahlen für verschiedene interne Stakeholder;
Unterhalt und Weiterentwicklung der Systeme, Schnittstellen, Prozesse sowie Datenqualität;
Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen weltweit (Investment Controller, Buchhalter, Controller und Revisoren).

Requirements

Abgeschlossenes Studium einer Fachhochschule oder Universität bevorzugt mit einer Vertiefung im Bereich Finance, Banking oder ähnliches;
Erste relevante Erfahrungen im Controlling und/oder Accounting;
Zahlenflair und gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel;
Gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
Hohe Detailgenauigkeit in Verbindung mit organisatorischen Fähigkeiten und vernetzter Denkweise;
Motivierter Teamplayer kombiniert mit einer umgänglichen und offenen Persönlichkeit.
