To strengthen our close-knit team at KWS Suisse SA, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented individual to join us as a Specialist (m/f/d) Customer Service & Contact Management.

In this versatile role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, farmers, and distribution partners across Switzerland. You will communicate via our digital platform myKWS, by phone, and via email, while working closely with internal contacts in Switzerland as well as international KWS teams. As an important link between customer service, administration, and operational processes, you will coordinate a wide range of activities and contribute to smooth collaboration across the organization.

This is a permanent position with a workload of 40-60% (approximately 20 hours per week). The future workplace will be located in the Zürich / Zürich Oberland region. Currently, our office is centrally located in Basel, just a few minutes' walk from Basel SBB railway station.

Your Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for farmers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and the myKWS platform
Support and coordinate general administrative and operational tasks
Maintain, manage, and continuously optimize customer data within the Salesforce CRM system
Coordinate and manage international shipments, transportation activities, as well as customs and export formalities
Process orders and support administrative processes in SAP S/4HANA

Your Profile:

Completed commercial/business administration training or a comparable qualification in administration, business management, or office management
Several years of professional experience in a similar role within customer service, sales support, or administration
Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
Education, further training, or professional experience in the agricultural sector would be a plus
Excellent organizational skills with an independent and structured way of working
Strong customer focus and enjoyment in dealing with customers and business partners
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High quality standards and a careful, reliable working style
Initiative, accountability, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Professional proficiency in German, French, and English (minimum C1 level)
Willingness to undertake occasional business travel within Switzerland and abroad (approximately 10%)
Category B driving license is an advantage
