DEINE AUFGABEN

Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT-Anfragen im 1st und 2nd Level Support (vor Ort und remote)
Coaching, Unterstützung und Koordination der 1st Level Support-Mitarbeitenden
Analyse, Priorisierung und Eskalation von Störungen und Serviceanfragen
Betreuung und Administration von:Microsoft Active Directory
Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur (On-Premises und Cloud)
Endpoint Management und Support
Cybersecurity
Telefonie-Infrastruktur inkl. Mobile Devices
Business-Applikationen (On-Premises und Cloud)
Umsetzung und Verwaltung von Changes nach ITIL v4 Foundation
Dokumentation und Optimierung der Supportprozesse
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams und externen Partnern

DEIN PROFIL

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT-Systemadministration oder System Engineering
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, davon Erfahrung im 2nd Level Support
Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Koordination von Support-Teams
ITIL v4 Foundation Zertifizierung zwingend erforderlich
Erfahrung mit Jira ITSM-Tool und Atlassian-Produkten von Vorteil
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Server, Endpoint Management und Netzwerken
Kenntnisse in Cybersecurity von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch und Italienisch von Vorteil
Microsoft- oder andere IT-Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus
