We are looking for a new talent :

Marketing Manager, Swiss Market

You will be:

Based in Nyon (HQ) or Zürich, Switzerland.
Reporting to the Managing Director DACH&EAST

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for translating the Maison's global brand strategy into relevant and impactful local initiatives, while ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.

The role covers a broad range of activities, including brand management, product launches, communication, events, retail marketing, client engagement, digital initiatives and performance analysis .

The successful candidate will combine strong strategic and project management skills with a genuine passion for luxury and Swiss watchmaking. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.

Job responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy

Contribute to the development and implementation of the annual Swiss marketing strategy and action plan in alignment with the global marketing plan
Ensure consistency of Hublot's brand identity, positioning and communication across retail and wholesale channelsand touchpoints.
Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive activity within the Swiss luxury watchmaking industry.
Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, desirability and client engagement in the Swiss market.

Product Marketing & Launches

Develop and implement local marketing plans for new product launches, key collections and strategic novelties.
Develop compelling product storytelling around Hublot's watchmaking expertise, innovation, materials, design and craftsmanship.
Coordinate launch activities across Marketing, Retail, Sales, Communication and other relevant functions.
Adapt global marketing assets and messaging to local market requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
Support the development of product presentations, sales tools and marketing materials for boutiques and retail partners.

Events & Brand Activations

Plan and execute brand image events, product launches, and client experiences according to client segmentation in Switzerland.
Develop innovative and memorable experiences that reflect Hublot's distinctive brand universe and the Art of Fusion philosophy.
Manage event agencies, suppliers, budgets, timelines and operational requirements.
Maintain and develop brand presence within the existing partnership portfolio in the Swiss market.

Communication & Media

Support the implementation of local communication and PR activities in line with the Maison's global strategy.
Collaborate with PR, media, digital and social media teams to maximise campaign visibility and impact.
Support press activities, media events and product presentations where relevant.
Monitor communication performance and provide recommendations based on market insights.

Retail & Client Experience

Work closely with Retail and Sales teams to develop initiatives that enhance Hublot client experience.
Rollout Visual Merchandising campaigns according to HQs global calendar.
Support boutique activations, client events, VIP experiences and clienteling initiatives.
Leverage client and retail insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

Digital & CRM

Contribute to local digital marketing and CRM initiatives.
Support targeted client communications and digital campaigns.
Monitor digital and CRM performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.

Budget & Performance

Manage allocated marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
Coordinate external agencies and partners, ensuring quality, timing and cost efficiency.
Define and monitor relevant KPIs for marketing activities.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Retail, PR & Communications, Digital, CRM, Product, Merchandising and Finance teams.
Collaborate with international and regional Hublot teams to ensure alignment between global priorities and Swiss market requirements.

Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury, premium, FMCG or consumer goods industry.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate global strategies into relevant local initiatives.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of luxury marketing, with a genuine passion for Swiss watchmaking.
Excellent brand management, communication and storytelling skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute impactful events, activations and client experiences.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, with strong ownership from strategy to execution.
Fluent in English; French and/or German are strong assets.
