The Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Continental Europe is a senior leadership role accountable for shaping and delivering the people strategy across multiple European markets. This rolepartners closely with BlackRock’s EuropeanCountry Managers and regional leadership to drive organizational effectiveness,build leadership and talent pipelines, strengthen cultural cohesion, and ensure regulatory and people risk management – directly enablingBlackRock’s commercialsuccess and delivery to clients as the most global asset manager operating in Europe.The role operates at the intersection of global strategy and local execution, shaping the future of BlackRock’s people agenda across Europe.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader whothrives in complexity and translates strategy into action. They bring experience across the European labour market and a strong track record of navigating global, high-performance organisations. This is a high-impact rolerequiring deepHR Business Partner expertise and the credibility to advise, challengeand influencesenior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment.
Service as a trusted advisor to Country Managers and regional leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession and change management.
Provide regional oversight across core HR disciplines, developing high-performing partnerships with the broader HR BPs, HR Operations, Centres of Excellence, Legal, Finance and others across Europe and New York to deliver effective outcomes.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
