ISSION

rovide L2/L3 on-site IT support for infrastructure and applications
S
upport and maintain GxP-validated systems (e.g., OMNIS, Chromeleon, LIMS, SAS, eArchive, Interflex)
A
dminister and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Active Directory (users, GPO, DNS, DHCP) and Network infrastructure (VLANs, routing, firewall rules)
E
nsure server patching compliance using SCCM
W
ork on virtualized environments (VMware / Nutanix)
S
upport Citrix Virtual Apps (VDA, publishing)
C
ollaborate with architects on server & network design and evolution
P
articipate in GxP qualification activities (IQ/OQ support)
M
onitor systems using tools like Dynatrace
D
ocument incidents, changes, and procedures in ServiceNow and Confluence
P
rovide occasional on-site support outside business hours if required

ROFIL

3 strong hands-on expert with deep technical expertise
M
inimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure & support
P
roven experience in GxP-regulated environments (pharma, biotech, medtech)
S
trong knowledge of Virtualization (VMware / Nutanix), Windows Server infrastructure and Networking concepts (VLANs, routing, firewalling)
A
bility to support and interact with IT architects
K
nowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 / EU GxP validation principles
A
utonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

omfortable working on-site and with remote teams
