About the Role:
PTS Gadget Trading & Consumer Electronics Solutions AG is seeking a highly experienced and technology-driven Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee online retail operations, digital sales performance, and consumer electronics distribution strategies in Zurich, Switzerland. This role focuses on optimizing e-commerce workflows, enhancing customer experience, and driving operational efficiency across digital retail and consumer technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations Leadership: Oversee daily e-commerce operations, online retail workflows, and digital marketplace performance initiatives
Online Sales & Platform Management: Manage e-commerce platforms, product listings, digital storefronts, and online customer engagement systems
Consumer Electronics Operations: Coordinate inventory management, product fulfillment, logistics operations, and electronics distribution processes
Digital Sales Strategy Development: Implement growth strategies, conversion optimization initiatives, and online revenue expansion programs
Customer Experience Management: Enhance customer service operations, order processing efficiency, and post-sales support systems
Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, technology vendors, and marketplace partners
Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Track KPIs, sales performance metrics, website analytics, fulfillment efficiency, and operational benchmarks
Compliance & Operational Oversight: Ensure adherence to Swiss consumer protection regulations, e-commerce policies, and operational governance standards
Team Leadership: Lead e-commerce specialists, digital sales coordinators, logistics personnel, customer support teams, and operations staff

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Senior-level experience in e-commerce operations management, digital retail leadership, or consumer electronics business operations
Skills: Strong operational leadership, online sales management, and digital commerce strategy expertise
Education: Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Industry Knowledge: Experience in online retail operations, consumer electronics distribution, digital marketplaces, and fulfillment systems
Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary retail operations teams and large-scale e-commerce environments
