About Us

At SaveSpace, our mission is clear: we make storage as simple as possible. Our platform helps people and businesses store fast, cheap and convenient.

We've reached product-market fit and are backed by leading investors and operators from across the industry. We have the product, the proof, and strong customer demand. We're one of the fastest-growing service-based products in our category. Now we need the market to understand what we've built.

The opportunity is huge. Storage is one of the last major offline categories in Europe, and the market is still 10 to 20 years behind the US. Almost nobody realizes how bad, expensive, and outdated the old way of storing is, or that a genuinely better option now exists. If you've ever looked at a company and thought "the product is this good and almost nobody knows it exists yet," this is that company.

The Role

This is a Founders Associate role with one focus and nothing else: own PR at SaveSpace. There is no PR function today. You design it, stand it up, and run it. You work right next to Max (CEO) and own SaveSpace's public voice. You set the strategy, build the pipeline, write the story, and you are accountable for whether the market starts talking about us.

Your mission is bigger than landing placements. It is about educating a deeply under-educated market and making earned media the engine that does it. You get journalists, creators, and credible third parties to carry and validate our story, so people hear about better storage from everyone but us.

What You'll Build

The goal is to make SaveSpace the company that teaches Europe what good storage even means, and to build the earned-media machine that keeps doing it long after these three months.

You're responsible for:

Building PR from zero. There is no playbook, no press pipeline, and no newsroom yet. You create all of it: the strategy, the process, and the systems that make it repeatable.
Educating an under-educated market. Most people don't know how outdated storage is, or that a better option exists. Your core job is to change that and turn SaveSpace into the source that reframes the whole category in public.
Making earned media our engine. You build a real earned-media strategy across journalists, outlets, creators, and third-party voices who carry and validate our story. We win when the market hears it from others, not from our own ads.
Building the newsroom and core assets, including the press page, media kit, boilerplate, journalist and creator pipeline, story bank, and reactive angles, so earned media compounds instead of starting from scratch every time.
Using AI to work like a team of five, with research agents to find the right journalists and angles, drafting workflows for pitches and narrative, and monitoring for coverage and mentions.

What You Bring

You can commit 100% for three months, starting immediately, either as an enrolled student (Werkstudent) or as a full-time internship. Either way, PR is the only thing on your plate.
You are exceptional at storytelling, or obsessed enough to become so fast. You either have hands-on experience getting others to tell a story, or you can already show us you think like a communicator.
You can take something complex or boring and make it click for a wide audience, and you like the challenge of educating a market that doesn't know it has a problem yet.
Exceptional writing. You turn a dry fact into a story a journalist actually wants to run, and you write clean, sharp, punchy copy.
Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one work. You would rather build the function than be handed one.
High ownership, direct communication, and a bias for action. You chase the placement, you follow up, and you close.
Fluent German and English, as most earned media and category education will initially focus on the DACH market.
You use AI natively, from research agents to drafting tools to monitoring, to move faster than a whole team.
This is a full-time, office-first role based in Zurich. You will work closely with Max (CEO) and need to be regularly present in our Zurich office
