YOUR ROLE
We are currently looking for a flexible Store Manager (f/m/d) for our locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You will inspire customers with charm and conviction, and support your team in reaching shared goals with motivation and leadership.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years of experience in retail store management
Strong understanding of excellent customer service
Solid knowledge of KPIs and strong analytical thinking
Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically
Physically able and willing to be on your feet during shifts
Willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
Confident handling of POS systems
High flexibility regarding work hours, including evenings and weekends
Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team

You have a background in retail or premium service industries and bring proven leadership skills.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Build a positive work environment through coaching and motivation
Set daily sales goals and create a motivating atmosphere
Provide regular feedback and professional development for your team
Offer targeted training that focuses on collaboration and individual strengths
Promote a strong team culture to achieve shared goals
ENSURE SMOOTH STORE OPERATIONS
Prepare staff schedules and organize daily responsibilities efficiently
Manage inventory and ensure attractive product presentation
Guide your team with a KPI-driven approach and optimize performance
Increase sales through strategic analysis of key metrics (e.g., bestsellers, conversion rate, average basket size)
Take ownership of your store’s sales and results
Use our POS and inventory systems responsibly and efficiently
Communicate clearly within your team and with your Area Manager
Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy
Manage and optimize your store’s budget to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets
