JOB DESCRIPTION

This position offers an excellent opportunity to enter the field of Revenue Management while developing a comprehensive operational perspective through a dual role. The position is divided between 50% Reservations and 50% Revenue Management, providing a full understanding of the sales cycle and revenue optimization.

In the Revenue Management function, the Revenue & Reservations Executive supports the optimization of the hotel’s room revenue by assisting the Revenue Manager in implementing and developing effective inventory and pricing strategies. These strategies are based on demand forecasting, market trends, and historical data analysis.

In the Reservations function, the role ensures the handling of reservation requests, guarantees accuracy of information within the systems, and contributes to delivering a seamless and high-quality guest experience. This role also supports commercial strategies by ensuring strong alignment between distribution, pricing, and availability management.

This position represents an ideal opportunity to develop the skills required to grow into a future Revenue Management role.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Management (50%)

Support the Revenue Manager in monitoring commercial performance and key business indicators.
Assist with updating rates and inventory availability across distribution channels and systems.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and performance tracking documents.
Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy of data within distribution and revenue management systems.
Monitor market trends and share relevant information with the Revenue Manager.

Reservations (50%)

Handle individual and group reservation requests through various distribution channels.
Ensure the accuracy of reservations, rates, and guest information in all systems.
Apply the hotel's rate policies and reservation procedures consistently.
Identify opportunities for upselling and room upgrades.
Maintain daily communication with operational teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure proper administrative follow-up of reservation files.

PROFILE

Strong interest in building a career in Revenue Management.
Excellent analytical skills and strong technical abilities.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and structured.
Good understanding of hotel operations.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
Previous experience in reservations, front office, or revenue management is preferred.
Interest in the brand pillars of W Hotels: body, taste, scene, sound, and stance.
