Candidate profile (text) - Default language As Construction Project Manager, you will lead and manage all construction aspects of small to medium-sized building projects. You will ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, sustainable, and innovative property solutions that meet the needs of the business and the many people.

You will:

Take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects — from planning through to completion.
Ensure that safety, compliance, sustainability, and quality requirements are met.
Implement construction project delivery strategies, methods, and procedures in line with IKEA standards.
Coordinate internal stakeholders across Real Estate and core business areas, as well as external partners.
Work closely with authorities, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
Secure procurement, contractor management, permits, budgets, and cost follow-up for the project.

Key responsibilities (title) Who you are

Key responsibilities (text) You are a structured, communicative, and solution-oriented professional with experience in construction project management. You know how to bring different interests together, prepare clear decisions and move projects forward reliably.

Professional background: University degree in Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 7 years of related professional experience.

Way of working: Confident in managing budgets, timelines, permits, stakeholders, and external project partners.

Languages: Fluent in German and English; French would be an advantage.
